About Natalie

Natalie is a highly experienced Pilates instructor with 9 years of certification through Elixir School of Pilates in Sydney Australia and Balanced Body in CA. She is passionate about the transformative power of Pilates, having personally experienced its benefits in regaining her pre-baby body and rehabbing injuries.

Types of Classes

Mat Prop Pilates

Natalie teaches a Pilates Fusion which incorporates exercises from different workout styles—including Barre, Yoga, and Cardio, with a variety of props—to give a modern twist to Mat Pilates. 

Restorative Yoga

 An energizing restorative flow that holds yoga poses (asanas) for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Natalie takes the time to guide you through the transitions and help you find the way the asana best fits your body. 

Reformer Pilates

Book your private class with Natalie today! Natalie is Balance Body Reformer Certified from Studios in Beverly Hills and New York. Reformer Pilates exercises are simply mat Pilates exercises that use the machine to either make the exercise more challenging or make it easier.

Book a private group class for your baby shower, bachelorette party, football team, girls getaway, etc.

Rehab Pilates

Studies have shown how effective Pilates can be ro rehabilitation. Natalie is not a physical therapist, but after you have graduated from physical therapy to continue rehabilitating an injury, you can continue your exercise with Natalie to help guide you. Natalie also works alongside physical therapists as an exercise specialist and has gained a lot of valuable knowledge through working in that space.

Why Pilates?

 Pilates is a challenging low impact exercise that balances strength with mobility, aligns the body, fine-tunes movement patterns, and strengthens the deeper muscles of the core. Core strength is a key factor in decreasing back and hip pain. Pilates is suitable for all ages and for those recovering from injuries.

Why Yoga?

Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health. Regular practice improves breathing , increases endurance for other activities, and promotes mindfulness. Take a break from your day. Focus yourself and find clarity.
